Received statements on 12/3/07. They returned £10 fee which I sent for the statements.
Sent req for payment of charges letter on 26/3/07 giving them 14 days which is up on 9/4/07. As this falls over Easter should I give them longer?
Received the following letter back today 4/4/07 stating that they will let me have an answer or update as quickly as possible but no later than 25th April.
Should i first
a) give them longer for the Easter period
and
b) Give them to the 25th April
