Wondered if anyone could let me know the address/name of where i should send my prelim letter and also to where my lba should go should it get that far! (I suspect it will) - looking to try and claim £500 back which woud hopefully clear my balance!!! Oh the joys of having been a student!!
The head office address is fine for all correspondence - you can find this on your statements or any other correspondence you have received.
