Well have today sent off my initial letter asking for repayment of charges + interst they have charged me.
Total requested £570 will see what happens.
And yes it seems that they are like all the rest with their letters saying basically if you dont like it then tough just shut up and go away.
Well I wont go away and I wont take it lying down. Every little helps.
And if and when I get it it will be balance of account paid in full with enough left for a contribution to the site and at least a beer or two for me
