    According to my last telephone conversation with the friendly! staff at A&L, it is working days, in their case this also includes the Saturday.

    the 40 days are calender days, dont believe the banks they too your money unlawfully why would you ask them for advice?

    Don't go with it because its more attractive go with it because thats what the DPA says, and FWIW always make sure you check the facts and answers given to you if it could be important.

    it doesn't matter if i tell you I'm dead good looking, even though its true, but it could matter if i tell you its 40 calender days and then you complain or take them to Court on the basis of that info.
