    Default Ppi Claim

On my claims for bank charges I have ticked the 'NO' box on the Human Rights Act 1998. I presume on my PPIicon claim I tick the 'YES' box as I am claiming the defendants actions caused me loss under article 1 of the first protocal of the Human Rights Act 1998.

    Any ideas please.

    Hiya Gary,

    You keep on popping up

You are better sticking to the same thread, even if you have a new question to ask. Or we will all get confused, it doesn't take much

I would think that if you have quoted it I would tick the box. I will, because I feel it have been but if it gets to court we will have to prove it. Months of hardship caused by extortionate insurance fees that we did not choose and were not given a choice in.

Speak soon and keep to the same s*****g thread
