Hi everyone,
I sent my prelim requesting list of charges on 21-03-07 to Lloyds and with luck will have this information by early May and start the process of my claim.
it would speed things up for you if you banked on line - Lloyds online banking service allow you to view statements from 2002 until the present day . In your original post you state that you have sent off your preliminary letter do you mean the SAR letter . the preliminary letter is sent when you have calculated all your charges . When it gets to the court bundle stage - you can use printed out statements from on line banking .
Good luck
