    Just had my reply from to my first letter requesting repayment of charges.

    Standard reply recieved only after 3 days with a leaflet that I said I didnt want.

    A & L acknowledged the MCOL claim and then sent me a cheque for the full amount the following day, which I have accepted.

    The claim was only for a single charge of £30…which finally cost them £60.
