Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Other half and I are finally about to take the first step in claiming back the charges made to our Capital One credit cards.
I have copied out the letters requesting our statements since January 2002, but I am not sure which address to send the to as there are 2 listed at the top of this forum, both of which are for legal departments. Is it the legal department that I need for statements and if so, which one?
Also, should I send these letters recorded or just ordinary first class as they are only statement request and not the actual money claim letters?
Sorry for the questions, but I am quite nervous and want to do everything right.
