Default Any judges view the site?

Doubt that they would be able to admit to it - but you never know?

I don't know about any judges but I do know that solicitors and consultants do. I have overheard a conversation at one of the conferences I attended and they were slating CAGicon royally. The issues they were discussing were a default removal and a unenforcability (is that the way you people spell it? sorry, i am foreign, lol) of a debt following a CCA request default. I tried to find out a little bit more, but they got cagey...CAGey, get it, hihihihi
Anyway, it worried and saddened me as they dismissedicon CAGicon as naive, misled and dangerous. :-?

I imagine the solicitors and consultants acting for the banks don't care either way, since whether the bank wins or loses they still get paid handsomely.
