Got ar reply from RBSicon credit card to my letter asking for the refund of $£928.

they says their charges are fair, however, as a good will gesture, they offer to refund me the amount of £178.

Obviously their offer does not satisfy me.

I am considering to open a complaint to onbudsman services.

i am located in Scotland

any advise would be very much appreciated.
