Not currently living in UK - how to open a new parachute account?
I am not currently living in UK, working temporarily abroad. I want to claim charges on my UK bank account , but how can I open a parachute account when I am not currently resident in UK. Any ideas? I need a UK account to continue UK direct debits.

Hi welcome to the site.
Presumably you still have a UK address for your business here ?
If this is the case then you can do an online application this should be fairly straightforward although at some stage they will need to see the relevant ID that is needed these days to open an account.
Have a look at some online criteria on the bank websites.
Maybe a bankworker can advise ....in fact I will move your thread there.
