Hello, i'm new to this board. I am claiming charges for our joint account and have used moneyclaim online to take Barclays to small claims. They had untill the 27th to acknowledge and we haven't heard anything so i put in a win by default online yesterday.
Please can someone tell me what happens now? I know they acknowledge late so i'm trying not to get excited yet......
