    Default Will They Close Your Account If You Win?

    I am VERY glad to see that someone has won against Lloydsicon

    I am about to start the process against them - but why did they request your cheque book back; did they close your acount as well ?

    Default closing accounts

    I too would like to see an answer on this, not for me (see my new thread, mine is closed so I don't care, I have nothing to lose) but for my fianceicon. He has been with them years, if he pushes it will they close his account? Did they close the account that won?
