Default Roberts vs Bank of Scotland

    Hey!

    Claim is for £352.

Sent initial letter requesting charges (8th May), received standard letter saying they'll look into charges (14th) and today received an offer of Full and finalicon settlement for £96.

That seems really really quick, I assume if I press ahead im unlikely to receive a better offer without court proceedings?

You may be able to haggle if you call them, but I say why take that when you are owed almost triple?

It will be your decision, and good luck

    Hey

So been a long time and i've been happily globetrotting for 3 months but to get back to this.

Im ready to file court papers (in Scotland) so can someone let me know what form I need and the details to be filled in? Plan to get it done and dusted tomorrow...

Then im right in saying its just a waiting game until the cheque arrives?
