    Default Eurostar Youth Tickets

    Hello all,

    I'm currently involed in action against my bank, and it got me thinking what other money i was owed!

    Febuary 2005 I bought 2 eurostar youth tickets to paris, and due to a mislaid passport we were unable to travel. When I went back to waterloo get a refund I was told these tickets were not refundable. Had I have paid a full adult fare they would have been. This cost me £198. I was not told at the time of sale these tickets were no-refundable, nor was I given a copy of and terms and conditionsicon. I just wondered wheather I would have a claim for this money?

    Any thoughts?

    Sorry, but almost certainly not, as the terms and conditionsicon are readily available. They do not have to provide them at point of sale, unless you specifically ask for a copy.
