    Default How long between accepting an offer and payment?

    Ok guys, I accepted a settlement from D+G last wednesday, how long between them reciving my letter of acceptance and them paying me the money? Also, Is the offer legaly binding in both directions, as I don't want to be strung along only for them to not pay up

    i think they usually send cheques out in the post thurs/fri/sat. i'm waiting for one too!!

    that's why you don't halt the claim until you see the dosh! you'll get it - remind them by e-mail if it makes you feel better, but as netty says - they seem to mail them at the end of the week.
