the judiciary? I'm fed up of financial institutions being allowed "stays" willy-nilly, seemingly ALWAYS having the Consumer Credit Act re-interpreted to their benefit in court. With all their huge resources, they should not be allowed to get away this - they have NO excuse. They all have legal departments - so what is the reason that they can't get their defences in on time? Why can't they settle in a reasonable time-frame without having to waste our, and the court's time & money? Whereas we here, are doing it all in our "spare time" with mostly, little legal knowledge or understanding of court procedures - yet we all seem to be able to do everything "by the book".
