Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi this is the first time I have used this site, so dont quite know what I am doing!
I have gone theough Martin Lewis money tips on GMTV with the first template letter to get statements from the lloydstsb listing all charges over the past 6 years. I have got the statements back, but unsure about which charges I should be adding up? There are two charges.. overdraft interest charges and the overdraft excess charges. The overdraft interest charges are worse than the excess charges. If I add them together they add up to over a thousand, but the excess charges on their own add up to just over £300.
I have been wasting time because I cannot threaten to take them to court if I am not following the correct procedure.
