Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just begun a claim against the Woolwich. Followed the advise on this site and now have a list of charges. Have now sent off Letter 1, requesting the money back with the list as shown in the templates. Hopefully I will hear something soon. Will let you know how I get on. If anyone else has claimed against the Woolwich I'd be grateful to hear how you got on.
Good luck, its a long road, you wont get your money quick but YOU WILL GET IT
Just enjoy the ride and feel free to ask away!

I am claiming £2930.50 without interest, when we get to court the interest will then be added which is about another £800, but i will calculate that again when we get to the court date
