Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
please please help me....
I have been trying to request my statements from RBS since begin. Dec. I am getting nowhere and Im driving myself demented. I must have sent at least 6 letters requesting these to all different depts and have called at least 4 times to no avail. I have filed a complaint to the Info Com now but again havent herd anything in a week since I sent.
The only thing I have received from RBOS is a 4 page printout detailing the closure of my acount in 2005. It looks like statements but only has the final amount in account for 2003 2004 and 2005 nothing else.
What can I do? Theres no contact centre details on this site I havent tried and Im going crazy! Please help!!!!
Can I ask exactly what you have sent to the bank? Have you been asking the right questions? Have you supplied them with the correct data (ie account number, addresses etc)? Have you at any time told them that you are making a Data Protection Act request? Have they given any reason why you haven't had statements? Have you paid them any money?
Need to be a little more specific if poss.
Even without this information I would suggest you venture over to the templates library and print out the SAR and start from scratch with that. I am only assuming, but if you haven't been making the right noises, they aren't going to give you what you want.
