Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi all, I've been reading the posts regularly, facinating reading by the way! Currently I am waiting for Barclays Bank to respond to my SAR. It went past the 40 days limit on Saturday 23rd March. Reminder letter going today, hope things don't get too unpleasant! Wish me luck, i'll keep you posted! Chris.
Hi,this is my first post also. I'm waiting for a response from the Halifax. I'm worried about the whole situation, but i don't have any option but to try, they are crippling our finances.I wish you luck, and hope it all works out for you.
You understand what you need to do now? There are guidelines for non-compliance with SAR in the templates library.
Good luck, and let us know if you have any questions!

I have got to return the QA's to Court before the 22/06/07. [3 in total], as I have also done claims for my 2 sons, at the same time, but am getting very stressed now as the Yorkshire Bank replied initially with the usual BLAH BLAH BLAH INSUFFICIENT FUNDS letter and nothing since except their defence of course, but am really beginning to stress, the longer I wait as to making 3 x 3 Court Bundles, all in order and pageanated, approximately 1200 sheets will be needed, and why ???? because the Yorkshire Bank beleive in LAST MINUTE TACTICS ONLY.
