I have sent my lba off with no reply off the bank, getting ready to file to the courts, BUT
The spreadsheets i sent to the bank have the £5.00 a month charges on for having my overdraft, ive just bin reading that they are lawful. So what about the £1.08 they take off every month as Interest. Interest to who (not me) is that lawful too.
Do I make new spreadsheets with all my other charges on before goin to the court or do I leave them as they are.
What gets me is when checking statements some months i was charged £25 and some £10 can i claim these back
