Default Turbo (aka Karonus) vs Lloyds (update)

Well it looks like it will be going to the wire, still no settlement offer and spoke to my local county courticon. Should have a hearing date within the next few days from District Judge. Timeline so far is -

S A Turner v Lloydsicon TSB Bank PLC

    Timetable

01-Mar-06 Initial letter sent to Branch requesting details of charges for the last 6 yearsicon
09-Mar-06 Fax sent to Branch Manager requesting aknowledgement of previous fax.
09-Mar-06 Copy of initial letter sent by fax to Branch Manager, also notice given of
    refusal to pay further charges
09-Mar-06 Letter issued advising looking to resolve complaint.
15-Mar-06 Last 6 years statements issued, arrived 16/3/06
16-Mar-06 Email letter before actionicon issued requesting refund of charges within 7 days
    of date of email.
17-Mar-06 Email reply confirming receipt of email LBA and advising it had been passed
    on for a response.
21-Mar-06 Email reply stating that there would be no refund and this was the final
    communication on the matter
27-Mar-06 Claim made at Northampton County Court online
31-Mar-06 Claim acknowledged by Lloyds TSB Solicitors
07-Apr-06 Fax sent to Collections Centre giving 14 days to stop making charges and
to refund other charges made from the date of the Claim.
11-Apr-06 Email reply stating that they had already issued a final response and that no
further correspondence would be entered into.
24-Apr-06 Defence issued by Lloyds TSB solicitors, received 26/4/06
25-Apr-06 Notice of transfer of proceedings issued by Northampton County Court,
    received 27/4/06
08-May-06 Allocation Questionnaire sent back by recorded delivery (delivery confirmed
    9/5/06)
    16-May-06

Since the claim was started Lloyds TSB have seen fit to make further charges of £ 230.00 and this
despite a request in March to cancel all standing orders and direct debits. They did cancel all
direct debits and standing orders with the exception of their own, despite letters being sent advising
them that a new bank facility had been set up to pay these bills. (A letter was sent on 2/3/06 requesting
the change to the direct debits and standing orders as anew account was in place at Barclaysicon bank.)

Done all that. I was advised (treated as B******t) that the bank can reinstate D/D if they relate to money they are owed.

It appears they have now stopped the direct debits after threatening certain actions.

Simple, I originally logged on in March through my home address on AOL. When the forum moved over to here I could not for love or money manage to log in again despite many attempts. Vagaries of AOL I am afraid (ive worked in IT and my brotehrs a software engineer and still coudn't sort it).

So I had to re-register through my works email.
