    Default newborn07 v Egg

As mentioned on another thread, my online claim is underway and will be served on 26th March.
Thanks to Sallysas for the tips!
Could someone possibly help me as I am sure I am supposed to send a list of charges and a letter to the courts and to Eggicon after my online claim. Is there a template and if so, where can I find it? Infact am I too late to send it?
    Thanks, nervous newborn.

I'm tired now but I will have a look for you tomorrow unless someone can supply the information.

Right, just looked in the 'templates libraryicon' and it says to send one copy of charge sheet to court. Keep scrolling down and you will have to send covering letter which is included in the MCOL section otherwise the court won't have a clue which case to match it too. You would have been given an on-line reference number.

Hope this helps. Not very good at putting in links Sally
