I am one day away from starting my small claims against Abbey. The other day I noticed that they had credited my account with 4 miscalleneous charge refunds totalling 110 pounds! I have not had any charges on my account since last Dec and there has been no communication from Abbey regarding these refunds. What to do? Do I ignore this and go ahead with the claim for the original sum or do I deduct this amount? I think this might be a sweetner what does anyone think?
