I am new to this site so I aplogise if anybody else has asked this question.
Have just read through FAQs and have a few concerns. My real worry is about closing accounts. Has anybody had a Barclycard account closed because of a Claim for excess costs? My concern is having to pay back the outstanding balance if they insisted on this.
Will give a couple more days and send off another letter - not that it will do much. Am getting frustrated beyond belief with Barclays. But also more determined to see this through
Try sending them a nice email explaining 40 days are up and you've heard nothing theyshooold phone yu back fairly quickly and put a chase on things for you. adrian.whalley@barclaycar d.co.uk
As for closing your account they shouldn't do this it has been known for them to reduce your limit though.
