Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I was a Natwest Credit Card customer between 1998 and 2003. I was charged excessively during this period but regrettably no longer have any details of my account numbers.
If I contact Natwest with a DPA letter quoting addresses I lived at during the time I held the account with them will this be enough for them to provide me with info re charges taken?
It might be enough, but to speed things up I would send a copy of your passport (if available) or driver's licence, along with the above.
