ok got an provisional offer from RBS this morning for £2424. Actual claim was £3800. What RBS are saying is that in the Charges are the fees for being a Royalties Gold account holder therefore this monthly charge has been deducted from her account.
Anyone else get the same excuse, if so, did you settle or did you pursue, and what has been the outcome?
