Sent lba, then had a letter during the 14 days saying we are looking into your complaint.
14 days up, filed MCOL for full amount plus interest.
Had letter yesterday (day after MCOL was served) referring back to Prelim 'blah de blah' here is your money, without interest.
Question's
Has anyone else experienced this poor adherence to timescales?
Should I accept and pull the MCOL? (Don't really want to it cost me £120)
What do I say to them regarding their letter of settlement?
