    Hello and thank you for providing this site. I have been a Barclaysicon and Barclaycard customer for over 6 yearsicon and have incured several bank charges over the years, how do I get my money back? I would really appreciate your help.

    There is a step by step guide and a READ THIS FIRST section. It's quite a bit of reading but really worthwhile to ensure you avoid delays and errors. Do you have all your bank statements for last 6 yearsicon? If not, start with one of the template SARicon letters as this will get the ball rolling; there'll be plenty of time for you to complete all your site advice reading whilst you wait for statements to be sent
