Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

The first thing to do is read FAQ and libary - there you will see advice on how to proceed - as you can apply on line or in person - and the proceedure depends on the amount of the claim.
there are also spread sheets to help with claiming the 8% interest you are entitled to.
Take your time to get it right and read lots of other threads.
