i eventually got DPA details (after the I C report about microfiche) from barclaycard for 1 account i had held with them. i told them in my DPA request i wanted details of all accounts i had held with them.
they only sent me details of 1 account, and i have sent 2 letters subsequently asking for details of the other account i had. to date they still HAVE NOT GIVEN ME DETAILS OF ALL ACOUNTS I HELD WITH THEM!
what i would like to know is: if they still dont reply, can i issue a court summons to reclaim my money and just guess the amount they owe ?
i have told them i will report them to the information commissioner if they dont reply this time. is it not correct that a DPA request means they have to give you all the information they have about you on their files?
has anyone else had a similar problem with these toe rags ?
any advice is appreciated

just filled in my court claim for alliance and leicester. they are so pig headed, they now will have to pay my court costs and interest !! why not just use their brains for once
