a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Not sure if this is the right forum, but I am looking to purchase a car, but my credit history is not good. But I don't want to secure a loan on my house, can anyone recommend a loan company that will help me?
Hi, I'm not sure you'll get a recommendation here, for one thing I think it's actually forbidden by the forum rules, and for another, most visitors to this forum are here because of problems they've experienced with car finance firms, so you're unlikely to get satisfied customers who would make such a recommendation.
I suggest you google for sub-prime car finance, but be very very careful to read all of the terms and conditions before you sign anything, so you don't get any nasty shocks if you fall behind with payments, or get loaded up with additional insurances if you don't want/need them.
