hi guys,
having started a claim against my bank i am looking at doing the same for my credit cards. however, i am wary of doing so as i am not sure that i will be able to. can anyone advise me, even though my credit card has taken charges because i was overlimit etc can i reclaim them if i have made a repayment arrangement with them?
they may say that i have accepted these charges because i have made an arrangement with them.
any help will be great
