a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Firstly and most importantly I would recommend reading everything in the FAQ’s, they really are essential, when you think you have read everything go over it again just to be safe! I would also read all of the guides, step by step , money claim on line, etc It may never get to court but its better to know the process before you start.
When you have read everything and think you are ready, start a thread under your banks name. This way you can post your progress, ask questions and get help from people who know your banks tactics!
