    Default Intelligent Finance

    I have had £60 in charges from IF, I sent them the letter before actionicon but no result.
    Can I go to court for such a small amount?

    (Just got my refund from First Direct yesterday without going to court £630 !!)

    As far as I know you can take them to court from anything up to £5000.
