Default RPG v Natwest (Bank fee NatWest to defend)

I really would appreciate some advce. I am reclaiming bank charges throgh Money Claims on line and yesterday Natwesticon at the last moment entered a defence.
I have this morningreceived a letter from NatWest's solicitors Corbbetts advising that a defence is filled and served and are looking to get my claim "struck out".
They have highlighted the Particulars of the claim (which they require too be ammended) and have asked for documented proof re. my claim within 14 day.
(I have not yest seen the letter but was read to me by my wife over the phone).
I am very concerned about this and do not know whether I should be appointing a soilicitor in order that my claim can be properly pleaded - or whether I should forward bank statements to the banks solicitors highlighting the charges. NatWest made an offer a month ago which I am now empted to accept!

Thanks for the response! My claim particulars were as follows "I am claiming the following bank fess which I believe are unfair (I listed all fees and dates of fees). I then addded the standard "interesticon" text.

Upon review the claim may be poorly pleaded (was there a format that I should have used?) I however did not expect this to go this far.

Is that all you put? Can you type it here please. I think you will need to submit an N244icon and amend your POCicon. This will cost £35 which you can not reclaim.
