Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We are trying to obtain my wifes old statements from an Egg credit card she had a few years ago.
The 40 days is up today, so will send the lba giving a further 7 days.
Should I require court intervention to obtain these statements, does anyone know where I can find a template.
I am sure I could come up with something, but I have no legal background, and the templates section for me is a godsend (I'm sure it is for most of us)
Anyway, if someone knows a link, or can suggest suitable wording I would be grateful
