    Default Below 25000k and VT

    I am looking to get rid of my current car and lease with it.

    I have posted previously about doing this but because of my lease being a credit lease with no option to buy i dont qualify.

    When going into my freindly audi dealer they have told me that the lease can be VT'd due to it being below 25k and regulated by the 1974 act.

    Any advice appreciated!

    You can only VT on Hire Purchase and Conditional Sale agreements, not on standard credit agreements.
