    Default Intercityman vs Barclaycard

    Having read a few of the thread seem Barclaycard are playing silly buggers. Any recommendation on the Initial SARicon letter our should i just use the normal one set out in the templates forum. Sorry if this appears to be a stupid newbie question but i want o havethe most effective letter to achieve the best possible answer and Barclaycard are great at bulls**ting

    Yup, the normal SARicon is fine

    I got the normal post 2004 details within about a week and then they used their favourite microfiche tactic again.. Sent another letter saying i it has been deemed a suitable storage system in terms of DP and they stil l have the same deadline and will be starting court proceedings the next day for non compliance
