Help required from those going for Contractual Interest
Hi,
I have received my offer from RBoS at the lba stage. This was for all charges but no interest. The contractual interest portion of my claim is worth around £2400 at the moment.
I know there are people on here who have gone after CI even after an offer of all charges (eg. LikelyLad, mcuth).
First of all would you recommend it, or am I crazy for even thinking about it?!
Secondly, I know the reason I want to claim it but I need a few pointers on how to go about arguing it in legal terms, I don't want to run the risk of my case being struck out.
