I bought a Ford Focus Lx 2002 from my local ford dealer on 24th fEb this year.
Was promised full service history, which i have never recieved as every time i ask about it the man forgot to bring it in, or he is on holiday or it has been service by another garage. and so on.
Another problem i am having is that three days after getting the car the engine light came on, i have taken the car in three times to be fixed and yesterday they had fixed it. No engine light on. Until this morning, it's back on again.
I have informed the garage's manager who was getting back to me within the hour (2 hours ago).

or it has been service by another garage. and so on.
