    Hi there.
I have just registered on this site and am having an issue with Barclaysicon myself regarding bank charges. Do you mind if you tell me the basics of what your gripe with them was and what you went through to have your charges returned. I have only just learntof this site and need all the advise I can get. many thanks.

    Hi nikenyaminyami

The first thing you need to do is start a thread of your own. That way if you need to update anything or need a reply its easier for everyone to find you.

Secondly, read the FAQ. This will give you a run down of procedures.

Thirdly, read as much as you can. Many, many people have got their money back and by reading the posts you will get a feel for things.

Finally, only you can decide to sue the banks for your money. If you do, then make sure your fully aware that you may end up going to court.

Read the success stories for inspiration. I did and now I'm after getting back whats owed to me.

Shuff, I'm not sure, but I was thinking they have just paid it as it's so little compared to others claims.

Maybe they thought it wasn't worth the hassle for that much.
