Have started reclaiming my bank charges back.Sent off SAR by recorded delivery to ltsb registered offices.NOT DELIVERED BY POST OFFICE.
Sent second SAR by recorded delivery.GUESS WHAT!!!! NOT DELIVERED BY POST OFFICE. Anybody else experienced the same problem?
Have now sent 3rd copy to local branch" Guaranteed next day delivery" and letter requesting they forward it to appropriate dept. for me as POST OFFICE appear to loose recorded letters to this address.
