Hi All
I'm now starting my own thread on this (previously have some posts on Chrissy v Citi cards)
Story so far:
Had all statements so sent Prelim letter on 22 February.
Letter received (dated 28 Feb) from Citi - saying the £12 charge is fair blah blah blah
lbasent 7 March 2007
I've now received the following letter (dated 16 March):
"Thank you for taking the time to write to me about the refund of default charges to your Citi Card account.
I understand that you have contacted us previously about this matter, which we will now look into again for you. To allow me to review your request I may be required to obtain copies of your statements. Unfortunately, if this is the case, it may take between three and six weeks as they are retrieved from our archives, however if you have previously requested these statements as a Data Subject access request, I may be able to get this information sooner.
Once I have the information and assessed your request, I will confirm in wiriting the outcome........."
Hmm, I enclosed copy statements and schedule fo charges with my prelim letter. I think I'll send them again to Mark Clibbens to save him having to request them from archiving!!!
