hi all can anyone help me . were banking with the royal Bank of Scotland icon

. and its a buissness account can we claim back any charges that we have incured ? if so whats the best way to go about it

What do you mean by 'details'?

whoops i ment bank charges
weve just put our books in at the accountant they will b there a few weeks so no statments to hand .

want to get on with this asap

Read the notes....

Send the SAR icon

for duplicate statements (ok it'll cost you £10) then you can make a start.
