My cousin recieved a parking ticket while his car was sitting on a single yellow line outside a garage where the rac had towed his car to.
The car was not drivable and the tow truck could not get onto the garage forecourt. the owner of the garage told tow truck where to leave car and also placed notice in window car broken down. But the next morning had ticket. Any help appreciated.
Bit of further info. He spoke to council this afternoon and they told him to supply evidence from garage and they will write off ticket. So all sorted.
