Be careful of the A&L. When you send the first letter demanding the charges back they reply straight away. Do not send the lba before the 14 days is up. If you send it and then start procedings on return they will not have been given the 28 days needed. A solicitor friend of mine told me this. It looks as if they are trying to get it thrown out on technicality
