    Default Barclaycard past the 40 day limit - Help

    I received a letter dated 31/01/07 telling me they confirm receipt for my statements.
    However last month I had another letter stateing that they have so many people requiring there statements that mine wont be here in time for the 40 days.
    40 days have now gone - Advice what to do?

    there are tmeplates in the library give them seven days then take them to court for non-complaince.

    I had the same problem with Barclaycard - Sent them the template letter from the library and hey presto next week the statements arrived !!
