The easiest way I find is to click on new posts and down the right hand side is the forum attached to the new post.
Just click on say "debt collection" and it will take you to the relevant forum.
At the top left will be a "new Thread" button. click it.

I have started a new thread for my barclaycard, HSBC cc, and my capital 1. all of which i could find specific forums for, I am having trouble finding a forum for my monument card! any sugestions?
