    HI,
My advice would be to start a new threadicon for each of the cards.
Then send off for a copy of your agreement. Send letter "N" from here:

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...tml#post162367

    Send by recorded delivery
    Send a £1 postal Order
don't signicon your letter, just print it
Give them 12+2 WORKING days to respond

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.
Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any advice given, you should see a qualified solicitor

The easiest way I find is to click on new posts and down the right hand side is the forum attached to the new post.
Just click on say "debt collectionicon" and it will take you to the relevant forum.
At the top left will be a "new Thread" button. click it.

Either that or go to the top of this page and you will see this:

The Consumer Forums > The Consumer Forums The Bank Action Group - against unlawful bank charges > Abbey Bank > Abbey and Cahoot successes > won/settled Reply to Thread Click on the consumer forums and it will take you to the first page where you can search for the forum of your choice.

Don't think there is a dedicated one for monument so just post it here instead
